Acceptance

By using Veninto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Veninto monitors Bluesky for keyword mentions, filters for intent, and drafts replies for your review. You approve or dismiss every draft before anything is posted. Veninto never posts to your account without your explicit approval of that specific post.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content posted to Bluesky through your account, whether drafted by Veninto or edited by you.
• You must comply with Bluesky's terms of service and community guidelines.
• You may not use Veninto to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable law.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Account and access

Access is granted at our discretion during early access. We may revoke access for any reason, including violation of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Pricing and billing

Beta users have free access during the early access phase. We will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans. You will never be charged without your explicit agreement to pricing at that time.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content and product context. We do not claim any rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use your judgement before approving any draft.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
